We are nestled away on 2.5 acres of hard woods in an upscale and private neighborhood. You will have exclusive use of the home and pool.

The other 3 bedrooms share a spacious remodeled tub/shower with plenty of closet space and storage. A Rinnai tankless hot water supply means endless hot water for you and the family. Central HVAC, 2 units (#1 for living area & Master BR, and #2 for the remaining bedrooms). The kitchen, dining and living areas flow seamlessly below a vaulted ceiling over a real brick fireplace providing an open area for entertaining & gathering. French doors lead to a game room equipped with a Foosball table and TV. An outdoor patio connects from the rear of the house and comes equipped with a Weber gas grill. The pool deck is secluded with a pergola, outdoor table and chairs suitable for dining and/or drinks with family and friends (equipped with outside power outlets). It’s all YOURS, except for the occasional morning deer out the kitchen window as you sip a hot cup of java!
