Positive: This is an exceptional property. Barry has exceeded all expectations. Every room is luxurious and comfortable. The kitchen is like right out of a magazine, fully equipped with new appliances (fridge, gas cooktop and oven, microwave, wash and dryer), and huge island. The sun comes streaming into the kitchen in the morning and he has even supplied the coffee. He has supplied everything you need in the kitchen. I prepared all our breakfasts and dinners, nothing is missing. The living room, TV, dining room, bathroom, bedrooms, heating and cooling, closets and access doors are top notch. The comfort level of everything is the best there is. He has decorated professionally and beautifully. It is immaculate. The linens and towels are luxurious. Parking is included and convenient. The neighborhood is safe and convenient to downtown. There is a front and a back door. The back door is off the main street, there is parking right at the back, and only 1 flight of stairs to get up with luggage. For convenience we parked in front after we unloaded. I believe the residents who live in the neighborhood like to park right by their own doors and there was plenty of parking out front on Broadway for us.
Negative: The only thing was that we couldn't stay longer because it was booked.
