Summary: The staff needs to be educated that you can’t ask a person with a service animal for a card. According to the ada you can only ask 2 questions. The guy at the desk was nice. The room was big however the beds & bathroom sink are extremely high. The room was in good condition except the bathroom. There was mold around the bathtub & hair in the drain.
