Positive: Being close to the ocean was nice
Negative: The pictures showing the location are misleading. We did not know this was one of three units and our unit was upstairs overlooking the roof of the downstairs unit. From the picture it looks like there is only one unit that looks out to the ocean. There is no direct beach access from the property. There are a number of little things inside the unit that need to be addressed and when you add them all up, they present an issue that is unacceptable at this price point. For example, the second bathroom toilet seat is cracked and pinches when you sit on it. There was TP but no Kleenex, the light inside the carport did not work, the train noise is ridiculous-no mention in the brochure that the unit is so close to the RR Track, the outdoor furniture is old and rickety, the window blinds in master bedroom do not work, there were no blankets for the bed, I could go on and on.
Summary: Facilities are adequate at best. Not ideal and the promotional piece is misleading.
