Positive: Ashley cleaned above and beyond

Negative: The internet or tv did not work. I was contacted once about an outage, but the next day the spectrum map showed no outages and no one responded to requests for resolution except the automated system, the toilet in the guest bathroom wouldn’t stop running. They were made aware of it our first day and never fixed it. We had to turn the water on and off everytime. I guess I could have let it just run. No one reached out the next day until I did. I understand the difficulty getting a plumber on a weekend, but the communication was poor. Very disappointing. The cleanliness was the best!
