Experience resort-style living perfect for families! The living room has plenty of seating, including a full-size couch bed, and thereโ€™s a large dining table perfect for game time. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and access to the jacuzzi and pool, while the Galaxy full-size bedroom and twin/king room provide plenty of sleeping space. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. All rooms have Roku TVs for entertainment. There are essential oil plug ins throughout the house, if they bother you feel free to unplug them and put them on the counter in the laundry room. There are 3 cameras and 1 doorbell cam that are on 24/7. 1 is on the front eaves, 1, in the pool equipment area and 1 on the pool. They are for both of our safety. Please note that Port St John is a tropical climate with many different types of lizards, geckos and bugs living in the area. During rainy or hot weather, they may make their way inside despite our monthly treatments to prevent this.โ€ No EV charging allowed.

Summary: We had a "across the state" vacay and chose this spot. With 2 kids under 11, the pool was key and this place didn't disappoint. The outside was lovely and we pretty much just lived outdoors the whole time! There were pool toys and floats were ready for us (we brought an electric pump to inflate...solid tip!) and I was able to lounge by the pool while the kids played all day. They also loved the tire swing out front (I was not as sold on pushing them...I liked the relaxing by the pool better LOL). It was about 30 minutes to the Brevard Zoo which is a GREAT zoo and that was the perfect day trip so we could get back in the late afternoon and snooze and swim. Plus we found a spot about 10 minutes away to watch the rocket launch. The owners were very communicative and quick to respond to the few questions we had during the stay.
