Summary: The house was great, but the check in process was very poor. The only instructions I received were incorrect; the key was not where it was supposed to be; further, I also never received the arrival information e-mail which included a lockbox code and contact information. After an hour on the phone with VRBO we were able to get the owner’s phone number. After 30 minutes the owners finally called us back and we got in the house. This process needs to be vastly improved.I recommend the house, but make sure you double/ triple check the arrival information so that you can get in the house.
