Relax on one of the best southern exposure balcony/decks in the development overlooking the main swimming pool and hot tub. Tennis courts and Club House less than 100 yards from unit.
This partially remodeled unit has a fully equipped kitchen with built-in dishwasher. Large master bedroom with private remodeled master bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed with adjacent guest bathroom. All linens and bedding are supplied. The air conditioned unit has 55" flat screen television in living room and additional televisions in both bedrooms.
Cable, phone, high-speed internet, electricity, water, trash, and housewares included. Washer/Dryer in unit. Reserved covered parking.

No cats permitted. We love them but unfortunately one of us is very allergic. Dogs are accepted on a case-by-case basis (along with a $300 non-refundable fee). But as a condo, if your dog barks or howls a lot this probably isn't the best choice.

In addition, you have access to nearby Lake Serena, Scottsdale Ranchโs own private lake. We are a short walk to Scottsdale Park, with 28 acres of amenities including a Botanical Garden, a senior center, a boys and girls club, 18 tennis courts, 4 racquetball courts, basketball courts, 4 baseball fields, 6 sand volleyball courts, squash court, and 12-station exercise course; and a short bike ride away from a 28-mile paved bike trail. In addition, the Scottsdale Healthcare Medical Facility is only 2 miles away and Mayo Clinic is nearby. Just a 30-minute drive (depending on traffic) to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport.
