Negative: Rooms were not very clean. Bedspreads had many stains on them. Towels had stains on them. Electrical outlet not working. The AC/heat unit was so loud we couldn't keep it on at night. Window was broken ...not able to lock window and when shut was not tight to keep out noise. Only had one rolling chair to sit on. Not enough areas to put clothes and items if staying for more than a few days
