This cool and cozy apartment in our 100 year old Tudor triplex is 2 miles from Vanderbilt University and 1 mile from Belmont University and Downtown Nashville's Broadway entertainment district. Enjoy 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, plenty of free parking, full kitchen, Washer & Dryer and more!
The Master Bedroom is equipped with a King bed and its own private Bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a full-bath in the hallway. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, Double oven/stove, coffee pot, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans and all your basic utensils. There is also 2 twin cots and an additional queen size air mattress. We offer this property with the Short Term Rental Permit obtained by Nashville's Metro Codes Department

Summary: Great place to stay if you are looking for a nice quiet neighborhood. Only a 10 minutes Uber ride to downtown. Less than half a block away from cute stores to shop at, great restaurants and coffee shops.
