This fantastic oceanfront beach home was built in 2002. Amazing views from every room! The downstairs living space is open and perfect for watching the waves, reading, games around the table or gathering to eat. It has been comfortably furnished for that 'beach cottage' look. The downstairs bedroom has an adjustable queen and twin with TV. There is also a spare twin in the closet under the stairs. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed, TV and a reading nook that can double as a small office if you’re working from the beach……although it’s hard to concentrate on work with that view! There is also a laundry room upstairs.
Pull up an Adirondack chair and sit on the deck to watch the sunset. Beach access is direct from southern corner of front yard. Tierra Del Mar is a peaceful community with miles of beach stretching north to the estuary and ending to the south at Cape Kiwanda.

Summary: When booking a beach house we always look for beach/ocean front and this home did not disappoint. It was cozy and warm with the most amazing views of the beach and the ocean from every room in the house. With great communication with the host we were able to access and enjoy the home immediately upon arriving. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we could need to cook many wonderful meals during our stay. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer as we had an extended stay here. We very much enjoyed the beach more than any other time in our 20 years visiting the Oregon coast. The beach felt like our own piece of heaven. The sunsets were amazing! The added bonus, we had several bunnies that visited every day. We could not have asked for a more relaxing vacation.
