Guardian Ranch House Rules
We’re excited to host you! A few simple guidelines to keep your stay safe and enjoyable:
•Respect & Quiet: Be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours start at 10 PM.
•No Parties: Events are only allowed if the event center is booked.
•Safety: Please keep doors closed (mountain critters love to wander in!).
•No Smoking Inside: You may smoke outside in designated areas.
•Guests Only: Only registered guests allowed. Extra guests are $75 per person/night.
•Check-Out: 10 AM sharp. Unapproved late check-outs are $75 per 30 minutes.
•Bathrooms: Please only flush toilet paper.
•Lost Items: We can ship belongings back for $100 handling.
•Fees: Smoking indoors = $300 fee.
