These are some of the many fun and exciting activities you can do on site. Our Log Home is located 1 mile down a mostly blacktopped road, of which we are surrounded by lots of trees.
Stay at our beautiful log cabin, that offers a spacious, 6500 sq. ft, 5 bedroom plus loft. 4 BA, a wood burning fireplace (wood provided) and a wood stove. Nestled at the end of a wooded lane on 3 acres, you will enjoy your privacy and what Mother Nature is offering. Located near 7MM on the Big Niangua arm with calm water, this home offers the benefits of living on the lake without all the noise and traffic. Perfect for spending time with the family for a weekend getaway, a family vacation or even a family reunion, wedding, church retreats; Sleeps 22.
This home has three decks on the back of the house, relax on the screened in upper deck, out of the sun, or enjoy the beautiful views of the lake from any of the decks. You might even see a bald eagle or two! If your party wants to rent a boat or jet-skis from the nearby Marina, the dock offers 2 jet-ski lifts and 1 boat slip, as well as a large swim deck, fun for all ages. A public access boat ramp is located within a mile. Adults can enjoy watching sports or a movie in the game room while playing pool or working out on the exercise equipment. This secluded house is located in a picturesque setting surrounded by trees and beautiful landscaping. Let your vacation start here...

Bedroom 2: Main Level, King bed.
Bedroom 3: Lower Level, 2 queen beds, with adjoining den, lake view, access to deck.
Bedroom 4: Lower Level, 2 queen beds.
Bedroom 5: Lower Level, King Bed, lake view, access to deck with spa.
Loft: 6 twin beds and one Queen. Great for the kids.
Bathrooms:
Master bath, shower, tub, two single vanities.
Bathroom 2: Main Level. Located next to bedroom 2.Tub only.
Bathroom 3: Lower Level, near bedroom 3. Tub/shower.
Bathroom 4: Lower Level, near bedroom 4 & 5, Large shower.
Kitchen: 2 large refrigerators, double oven & stove, microwave.
Settings for 30+. Small appliances, various utensils & cookware.
Dining/seating for 22.
Sun Room: Main Level: Beautiful lake views.
Smart TV with YouTube TV for the Great room, Living room, Den, and the Game room.

CANCELLATIONS- A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date, a $200.00 administration fee is charged. Cancellations that are made within 30-59 days of the arrival date, will incur a 50% penalty of the total rental rate and taxes. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date forfeit 100% of total rental rate and taxes. Cleaning fees and security deposit will be refunded. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. We do not refund rent or deposits lost due to canceled or shortened stays because of weather. Departures due to inclement weather do not warrant refund of rent or deposit.

Summary: This is a beautiful large property in an idyllic setting. The location is outside the center of town and remote so it will take you longer to get places. This didnโ€™t bother me as I enjoyed the drive through nature. The house had comfortable spaces for our group to gather. The kitchen is fantastic: I appreciated the two large modern coffeemakers, digital double ovens, high end finishes, and nice appliances. Nice big grill outside. Direct lake views from the decks although somewhat obscured by trees. The house could benefit from more temperature zones. There are only two thermostats with each one controlling one half of the house. The problem is there are three levels so the people upstairs are hot while the downstairs is frigid. The beds and bedding are not terrible but not very comfortable either. The house is filled with personal photos of the owners family; they literally cover every wall and surface. This, along with cautionary notes everywhere, felt intrusiveโ€”case in pointโ€”the owners showed up with their cleaning crew 15 minutes before checkout. Finally, while the setting is remote and serene, the water out front is a boating superhighway. There is no protective cove and boaters come closer to the dock than allowed. A strong wake constantly slams into the dock. I worried about the kids swimming. Our kids are young teens but if you have small children I would not recommend this place as I think itโ€™s too dangerous to play in the water.
