The home is resplendent with 4, en-suite bedrooms and a dedicated, en suite office with additional full-sized sofa bed. There are multiple decks and a walk street, outdoor space and ocean views.
Three stories with one bedroom on the ground level with a "Sand Room" (Bath/Beach Shower with direct side-yard entry) an informal living room with wet bar, 3 car garage, and entry/outdoor walk street space.Top floor has master suite, two additional en suite bedrooms (King and Queen) and full office with full sized sofa sleeper, en suite and walk in closet to make a full 5th bedroom option. The second floor is incredible with complete open floor plan, formal and informal living spaces, furnished and heated deck, gorgeous, gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances, double dishwasher, wine fridge, butlers pantry and powder room. There are ocean views on all three levels (rare for south walk streets) and a 3 stop elevator.
