Negative: The shower in the master needs attention. The valve to get the water temperature right is very stiff and u have to get the exact right spot to have hot water. The washer lid doesnโ€™t stay open when you load it. The dryer vent may need to be cleaned as it took several cycles to dry one load.
Summary: Overall, the house was nice, it just needs some repairs and TLC.
