This rustic mountain Guest House is located on 35 acres on the Little River and a pond outside of Salida, Colorado, and can accommodate up to five guests. Trout fishing is available as well as a large deck with a private hot tub and gas grill with mountain views. The master suite has one king bed and w/day bed and walk-in closet, and one full bathroom. A beautifully carved staircase leads up to the loft space which contains two twin beds. There is a full bath with linens and towels provided.In the living room, guests will find a comfortable sofa with a satellite TV and a cozy gas fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffeemaker. The dining area is in the sunroom, which leads to a walkout deck with views of the pond.
