▪️We have two parking spaces in the garage and 4 parking spaces in the driveway. Overnight street parking is NOT allowed. Visitors or day parking on the street is allowed, but all overnight parking must in the garage or driveway.
The Neighborhood:
A quiet and family orientated neighborhood just 3 blocks off Broadway Street. Its about a 2 min walk to Bowman Park.
Getting Around:
Walking to Broadway Street is recommended and one of the best parts about the location of this property. Otherwise car will be your best bet.
Other Things to Note:
🔸The basement is not temperature controlled, so it can be colder or warmer than the rest of the house depending on the time of the year. It is recommended to keep the basement door open to allow air flow from the main level to level out the temperature.
🔹While you may be visiting, your actions during your stay are permanent to the neighborhood and potentially our business. We kindly ask you to be respectful of quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM. That means no yelling, screaming, or loud music outside during these hours. Noise travels further than you may think :)
🔸Two pets maximum per stay. A pet fee will apply at checkout so please be sure to include pets on the initial reservation under "guest count".
