Positive: The room was spacious and clean.
Negative: Unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel to check in around 8pm their computers were down so we were not able to get into our room right away. The woman at the front desk was not very nice or apologetic about the inconvenience. Instead of assuring us that she would do her best to get us into our room as soon as possible, she made it very clear in her attitude and words that I better not complain when I asked how long she thought it would take. We had already experienced a delay getting into Newark airport and really could have used a friendly reception. They eventually were able to let us into a room but we didn't get keys until later that night. They also didn't give us any information about breakfast times or wifi so we missed breakfast by 5 minutes the next day. Also, the people in the room above us were stomping around after midnight and we could hear a dog whimpering.
Summary: Spacious and clean room but terrible first impression.
