View the ocean from the open concept kitchen dining and living area that spills out onto the large deck . Enjoy the sandy white wide beach at your doorstep and the bay just a shore walk for crabbing and fishing and just a short ride to shops in town. Great family location on a quiet street. Not far from Surf City. 2 outside showers. . There are 2 single roll away beds to use where needed. Linens are provided for sofa bed, 2 single roll away and bunks only and must be left clean for next tenant. Tenant must supply linens for NEW King bed and 2 queen beds . Pillows and blankets are provided. Washer is standard NOT HE. No pets are permitted . 8 Beach passes offered.
