Gunite saltwater swimming pool with hot tub. Again all with gorgeous mountain views. Watch the sunrise from 3 bedrooms or large deck or covered under deck porch and the sunset from pool or hot tub.
Quiet times before 9am and after 10 pm must be strictly adhered to, especially at pool area, due to close proximity of neighbors.
This home is close in for last minute items and close to many wineries/vineyards, Helen, Clarkesville, Dawsonville Outlet mall and Hwy 985.
