This apartment is about 5 minutes from downtown and located in a quiet, up-and-coming walkable area called the Incline :) The apartment is within walking distance to an amazing local coffee shop, a few yummy restaurants with city views, and a small park with views also! This location is easy access to all things in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Summary: To start, the host didnโ€™t contact us with check in information until just a few hours before check in time. This was after I tried to call and message the host multiple times with no answer. I had to call VRBO and they tried to contact the host as well. He finally called me and asked to make sure we read the rules and we didnโ€™t scratch anything in the property? When we got there, the code didnโ€™t work and the lockbox that he said had a key in it did not. The worst part was that the apartment was not cleaned well. As soon as we got there I sat my 10 month baby on the floor to crawl. After just a few minutes I was astonished to see here little feet and hands were completely black from the disgusting floor. There was mouse poop and bugs everywhere, cob webs, cracks/gaps all in the flooring, and a NAIL sticking out of the transition leading into the bedroom. My 2 year old and I both stepped on it. My advice would be to be more professional and CLEAN the place! Thereโ€™s nothing worse than staying somewhere dirty.
