Travel Purpose: business
Positive: 1) Holly was prompt in following up when we were not able to enter the property upon arrival. 2) The 2 bedrooms are good sized and 6 adults could sleep comfortably. 3) Apartment is near the Water Front shopping area. 4) Plenty of street parking.
Negative: 1) Pre check-in instructions were not at all clear about which entrance to use and what were the correct pin codes for the door locks. 2) The front porch had no lights and so it was difficult to figure things out upon arrival. 3) Low ceiling in the bathroom makes it difficult to use the sink and the shower. 4) The space on either side of the AC in the kitchen/dining area was not properly sealed due to which bugs were coming in. This was specially a concern because of the current infestation of the Spotted Lanternfly in the Pittsburgh area. 5) Blankets, pillows, etc. were stored on the floor in the bedroom closet. 6) The mattress was sagging and should be replaced with a new firm one.
