Extra sheets and towels in bathroom linen closet as well as cleaning supplies and iron/board. Large dining room table adjacent to living room is ideal work area for business traveler. Kitchen with full set of dishes, pots, utensils. Hot water heat, air conditioning unit in dining room/living room area and master bedroom. 24 hour street parking is available directly across the street, restricted on building side.

Getting around
By car the apartment is about 20 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from Oakland/university/hospitals and 8 minutes from Squirrel Hill. There is a bus stop at the corner with 3 routes operating roughly every 15 or so minutes to easily use public transport to get to Squirrel Hill, Oakland or downtown. The apartment is approximately 1.5 miles off of the expressway exit (I-376), approximately 25 miles from the airport.
Other things to note
This is a first floor apartment; there are two other units in the building. Quiet for the most part with normal muffled noise from other tenants. Street is busy but apartment extremely quiet, virtually no outside noise heard especially in bedrooms.
