Positive: Staff is most accommodating, and the overall layout of this particular design is open and welcoming. The rooms are most generous in size and very quiet. The outdoor patio is among the best in the hospitality industry.
Negative: This facility design is executed with poor quality materials. This is not an operations issue, it's a poor corporate decision that unfortunately cannot be corrected.
