Summary: The house was rundown and smelled like tobacco smoke and cat urine. The AC did not work and the house was miserably hot all night, and I was too scared to open the windows. The next door neighbor was in and out until 4am with a very loud pickup truck, slamming the door roughly every 30 minutes. I had to pay $50 extra just to check in at 4pm. The checkout time was very early too, but believe me, I was glad to be leaving. There was a huge limb down in the backyard as well, this property is not maintained well nor would I stay there again or recommend it. Absolutely not worth the price. If you go to the convenient store nearby, be prepared, it's apparently so crime ridden, they put bullet proof glass over the register and you have to talk into a microphone. Never again.
