Summary: The location is wonderful, the house is well-appointed with kitchen supplies, soaps, laundry, etc. and the remodeled baths are very well done. I do have a couple of suggestions. Flannel sheets in the downstairs bedroom are not the best for June rentals. Also, the upstairs bedroom could use room-darkening shades for the summer months.
