Enjoy a glass of wine or a beer while relaxing on the roof top private deck with a view of Beaver Lake or take advantage of the neighborhood private beach. This is the ultimate place to recharge your batteries after spending the day at Beaver lake. With a fully-equipped kitchen, it's perfect for a quick weekend getaway or a home-away-from home for work. Guests also have access to neighborhood beach and boat ramp.
The Space:
The studio consists of one large area that includes a King size bed, smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining table and a desk in case you have to work. The place is very roomy especially when you spread out to the rooftop deck to enjoy a view of the lake.
An inflatable mattress can be made available with prior arrangements.
Includes access to the neighbor beach and boat ramp.
We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit.
Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.

The place is located next to a 3 bedroom house that is a separate Airbnb. It has its own private entrance and is above the detached garage

Located in a dead end street with very little traffic right next to Beaver Lake. Very quiet neighborhood. Includes a private neighborhood beach and boat ramp.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.
- Must be at least 22 years old to book
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces
- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their โcrewโ or โcompany". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
