Summary: This is a nice quiet place to stay that's in a good location for going different places in Maui! You can head north to the more touristy Kaanapali area & find different beaches & places to explore, you can also head south to check out that area of Maui, or you can journey out to the Road to Hana & the Haleakala National Park. We got to see more wildlife in this area than the 2nd place we stayed on Maui. We saw multiple sea turtles & a monk seal. If you want clear blue water, you can easily travel to a different beach within about a 15 minute drive. When we first arrived, the room wasn't ready for us, so we contacted Lisa & she was very sorry she had gotten dates mixed up (1st time). She was quick to get the room cleaned while we ran some errands & then it looked great. She also worked with us to make this right by giving us some towels & letting us have a late checkout. We really like supporting the local people rather than the big companies that rent out condos & you definitely get the friendliness & communication that comes with that from Lisa. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place!
