Beautiful historic apartment in the middle of the city!
The Space:
This apartment is one of the few historic apartment buildings that remain in Downtown Nashville. It boasts vaulted ceilings, original hardwoods and large bright windows that bring in tons of natural light! It is also one of the few places to stay where you can walk to most attractions.
Guests have access to the entire apartment, the front porch and back patio - perfect for people watching!
I love that everything is within walking distance! Shopping, dining, nightlife and attractions.
Taxi cabs frequently pass by on Broadway, but I recommend Uber or Lyft. Street parking is available, both free and metered.
The kitchen is fully functional and there are board games for an easy night in! The second bed is a very comfortable pullout sofa in the living room, but there is a door for privacy and a closet for personal items. Guests are encouraged to clean any dishes used during the stay and pile up dirty linens and towels. This helps keep cleaning fees low!
