Positive: Very clean, came with laundry detergent, parking pass was available inside the house, key code worked perfectly upon arrival, no drama.
Negative: Only 1 small parking space, a bit of a walk to the shops (but ok if weather is nice), no way to enter through the back doors from the parking space.
Summary: Made for a fun vacation.
