All of our Tv's are Smart Tv's. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.
PARKING:
Parking is in the left driveway space and fits one car. Street parking is also available.
STAIRS;
There are about 6 steps leading up to the front door, then 4 interior steps from the living room to access all of the bedrooms.
Attached Home:
This home is a single family attached home. This means our home is attached to our upstairs neighbors home. Neither of the two homes share any entrances, spaces, or amenities,.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.

- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
