Aqua Vacation Rentals Lake Perch is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home located in Lakeside just .1 miles from the private association beach. As you enter the home you immediately feel the stress release. The dรฉcor and location make this a perfect getaway to relax and unwind. The home is open and airy with lots of natural light. The screened porch is likely where you will spend much of your time enjoying coffee or a glass of wine. This home features a beautiful fireplace, AC/heat, internet, cable, gas grill, washer/dryer, a screened porch overlooking the backyard, a fire pit and much more. The private association beach is located just .1 mile from the house and is a wonderful spot to spend the day enjoy the water of Lake Michigan or watching a sunset in the evening. The grocery store, restaurants, wineries, breweries and Warren Dunes State Park are just a short drive away.
Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.
