Positive: In town for a wedding and found this to be an outstanding property! Often real estate photos are "glamour shots" and disappoint in person. That was NOT the case here. Terrific property for which one of my kids said the online photos "did not do it justice." Front and back screened porches were legit, especially the front with its nice rocking chairs. Property is maybe 2 minutes from "restaurant row" on Sullivan's Island and 10 minutes from Shem Creek in Mt. Pleasant. Beach is out the front door and either left or right to station 28 or 27, either being an easy walk. (Houses across the street are "front beach" and this one is the second row.) I always think about properties on the "would I rent this property again?" test. Easy answer to this question: absolutely!
