Welcome to a truly fantastic East Austin Airbnb experience! Wake up to find yourself nestled in the heart of a truly extraordinary city to explore! Whether youโre coming to Austin for music, date night, work, or just a journey into the unknown, this is the perfect place for you! We are dedicated to having a clean, comfortable place for our guests to enjoy!
The space is a newly remodeled with lots of unique and comfortable furniture! There is plenty of natural light in every corner of the house. There is a very spacious and well equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a shared full bathroom. The king bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer in the hall.
The kitchen overlooks the private outdoor space that is equipped with a large sectional, table, corn hole, a grill, and a hammock. There is plenty of space for children or dogs to run around! There is a sliding gate that allows for a car or two small ones to go under the car port and be secure.
Guests will have private access to the entire house and backyard. There is one owners closet that will be private. Guests will be able to use closets in every bedroom, entire kitchen, washer and dryer. There is free parking in front of the house on the street and private covered parking behind the house. You must be strong enough to open the sliding gate to access the covered car park.
Check-in instructions. The house has an electronic deadbolt with a new code for all of our guests. Normal check-in time is 3:00pm but we might be able to do earlier at your request.
Check-out instruction: Check-out is at 11:00am.
Please make sure all trash is put in the trashcan inside or outside in the bin. There should be no trash on counters, bathrooms, bedrooms, or outside. Please make sure all used dishes are in the washer and it is started. You are not responsible for stripping the beds or starting laundry. The cleaning company will charge double the cleaning fee if the house is left in a horrible condition. It will also charge for horribly stained sheets and towels. A makeup towel will be supplied in each bathroom and should be the only things used for makeup.
Parties are not allowed under any circumstance.
No entering private areas.
ALL guests must be registered or approved even if they are not sleeping there.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES/EVENTS ALLOWED. All parties/events that are thrown will be ended and bookings subject to terminations and a fine up to $4,000
Upon checkout please throw away all of your trash in the bins outside. Please make sure all dishes are clean or in the dishwasher.
