Summary: The staff were always friendly and eager to help. I have eating restrictions, and one of the ladies at the front desk had an immediate suggestion and clear instructions on how to get there. The beds were quite comfortable, and the rooms were quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Overall, I felt comfortable and safe throughout the whole stay.
