Positive: We loved this home- everything about it was wonderful. The location is steps from St. Augustine Fish Camp and the distillery and a small food truck/cafe (Ragga). Easily walk to the historic district and all the activities there. Parking is easy on the side of the house. Great layout, beds very comfortable, nice living and dining area. Kitchen is also well done with everything you need. Laundry room is nice and convenient if staying for an extended period of time. We sat outside and enjoying a drink and played games on Netflix as a family. We have stayed in several homes in the Lincolnville area over the years and this is our favorite of them all! We will be back! I wish I owned it- I was so relaxed and happy here. If you like bird watching- tons of birds in the trees all around the property and neighborhood. If you go out on the porch in the evening, you can hear the Barred Owl that lives in the area- we went searching for it after hearing it and found it perched in a tall tree.
