The condo is newly remodeled and the Owner has made sure you will have everything you need for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Each bedroom has a new and comfortable Queen size bed. There is also a Queen size air mattress for those extra guests that can be set up in the living room. There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the condo for your use during your stay. The kitchen has lots of working space and all the dishes, pots and pans, utensils and appliances you need for a light snack or full meal. In the living room you will find a nice large TV and comfy sofa and chairs. The living area goes out onto a patio with the best part, "the view," and what a view of the water and some of the most beautiful sunsets you will see. Patio furniture and a propane fire pit makes this space perfect for you and your family. While at Jacobs Landing you have use of the property amenities. Indoor pool, hot tub, game room, racquetball court and outside a tennis court. This condo also has an outdoor fire pit.
