Travel Purpose: business

Positive: It was a one bedroom apartment with an ocean view and view of Sakurajima volcano.

Negative: In one word… sparse. The bed was a fold-out bed like you keep for guests but it had an extra mat on it so it was comfortable. There was nothing else but the bed, a coffee table and TV on a small table. The only decorations were the “No Smoking”, “WiFi” password and emergency contact signs on the walls. The room was fine but if they spent ¥1000 yen at Daiso for a zabutan, bath stool and bucket, slippers for the balcony, and ice tray, the experience would be completely different. Maybe another ¥500 for a cheap chair for the balcony and the apartment would be luxurious! BUT, I highly recommend it and will probably stay there again!
