Entering the house, one first encounters a small hall, leading to a spacious living room with an imposing fireplace on the one hand, and a capacious dining room with a ten-seated dining table on the other. Following the hall further into the floor, there is an enormous spectacular rustic kitchen that features its own fireplace and is equipped with both retro and modern appliances ideally fused together, conveying a homey ambiance. Additionally, there is a small toilet, as well as an elevator that provides access to all three levels of the house. On the same level, there is a magnificent garden with a stone-wall BBQ, two patio dining tables, a patio lounge and a majestic pool, all ready to host your special moments with the most breath-taking view of the shimmering sea.

This floor is an entire new apartment on its own. It features a spacious fashionable kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and a four-seated dining table blended with a small cinema hall with home cinema facilities. At the top corner there is a magnificent master bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi and a shower, a vast closet and a private balcony with a majestic sea view. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a big closet and the third bedroom has two single beds and a small closet. Both bedrooms share a lovely sea-view balcony and a bathroom with a shower.
