The villa develops on two floors connected by an internal staircase, with the living area on the ground floor with a bright living room overlooking the valley and the garden, dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The villa develops on two levels, the interiors have been furnished with taste and elegance and are complete with all the comforts needed to make your vacation perfect!
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room surrounded by windows overlooking the garden and the surrounding valley , furnished with sofas and complete with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen (complete with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine ) and a dining room with fireplace. At the ground floor also a toilet.
Going up the internal staircase you reach the first floor where you will find at your disposal a double room with en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The villa has air conditioning in all the rooms.
