The Villa Ikarus, completed in 2019, is a top-class vacation home. Freestanding and invisible, approx. 15 min. walking distance to the sea. Away from the hustle and bustle of the island, you can let your gaze wander over the sea from the large sun terrace and cool off in the infinity pool. From the master bedroom with double bed, spacious fitted wardrobes and from the master bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and bidet, you have direct access to the large terrace. When you wake up, enjoy the magical view of the sea and the surrounding green hills. In the rear area there are two further bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, fitted wardrobes and a guest bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The highlights of the open kitchen and living-dining area are the open fireplace and the huge bay window with comfortable seating from which you can enjoy a magnificent sea view. Additional equipment highlights: satellite TV, Yamaha music system, BOSE surround system (home cinema, Bluetooth / WiFi streaming capable). In addition to extensive crockery, cutlery and glasses, the modernly equipped open kitchen features exclusive electrical appliances: Miele induction cooker, oven, microwave, large SMEG fridge including freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. There is a washing machine in the separate utility room, and the room can also be used as a pantry with ample storage space. Direct access from the parking lot is practical. A separate guest toilet with sink completes the extensive equipment. In the basement there are 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare little things, in the living room there is a cozy couch and a dining table for 4 people. On the charming breakfast terrace you can enjoy the first warm rays of the day.
