Villa Sunny is a newly built private villa situated on the hills just above Achladies beach and overlooking the famous cape Kanapitsa.
The villa offers unpretentious luxury and comfort in an extremely spacious environment with a very large garden with BBQ, surrounded by olive trees and pines.
Separated in 2 floors, the house boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large living room and open plan kitchen. Both balconies benefit from infinite views of the Aegean sea.
The garden, filled with flowers, and herbs pot, is an experience by itself, offering countless treasures of nature and giving the opportunity to guests to harvest their very own vegetables, fruits and forest berries.
The house is so close to nature that the garden is often frequented by bunnies, pheasants, and partridges.
It is an ideal choice for those seeking privacy and seclusion, only 10 minutes away from Skiathos town and some of the island's most famous beaches. 15 min driving from the airport & 1 km from Achladies beach.
The first floor has one master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms and a bathroom are also located on that floor and offer a double bed each. Additionally, folding cots mattress beds (not futon) can be placed there. On the top floor, there is a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Crib is available upon request
Lastly, even though the house is located only 1klm away from the beach and right off Skiathos Main Road, access to the property is only accessible via a slightly uphill road. After 900m of the steep pathway, you are rewarded by the infinitive 360o sea views

Summary: I canโ€™t express enough how lovely this property is. The view is heaven, the house is incredibly comfortable and clean and the hosts were so helpful and honestly the nicest people we met in all of Skiathos. So helpful. We mostly cooked lunches or dinners in the amazingly well-equipped kitchen - you honestly never need to eat out if you like cooking. We saved our dinner at Kostaโ€™s restaurant until our final night and it was so good I wished we had eaten there every night. We were 9 people in total- 6 adults and 3 kids under 10 and this place was perfect. They provided extra 2 cots for the kids and everyone slept very comfortably. Also the living space and the balconies provided enough space for all of us to hang out together but there was also enough space for personal time if you needed a break from the group. Itโ€™s not the cheapest island, for sure, and we were there in the peakest of the peak season so it was really nice to have a little sanctuary up the hill. If you donโ€™t have transport (a car or at minimum a scooter) then itโ€™s a serious hike up the hill so Iโ€™d say plan to rent a car if you stay here. Itโ€™s totally worth it. The closest beach is right at the bottom of the hill - Achladies, and itโ€™s a really nice one. Also short drive to Koukounaries in one direction and the main town in the other direction. Weโ€™d definitely recommend Villa Sunny!
