Single storey house of 170 m², on 3000 m² of wooded and fenced land. The house can accommodate up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate WCs, a TV lounge, a dining room, an equipped kitchen, a pantry, a covered terrace, a trellis terrace and a swimming pool ( with alarm).
A "wing" of the house with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. The other "wing" with the third bedroom, a second bathroom and a second toilet. In the center of the house are located the TV lounge, the fitted kitchen, the dining room and a pantry with washing machine. The house is fitted with underfloor heating which also provides air conditioning in summer.
Travelers will have access to the whole house and its exterior, except my bedroom, my office and the garden shed (which are not shown in the photos nor mentioned in the description).
The house is on the edge, far from the road, no nuisance. It is located in a small village (with all shops, U supermarket, doctors, pharmacies, library, toy library, tennis courts and other sports grounds). 5 minutes walk from the large Buzet forest, health trail, bike trails.
15 minutes walk from the lake with water skiing, paddle, beach volley, pétanque.
The house is 25km from Toulouse, 36km from Montauban, 35km from Albi. Not very far from the Mediterranean beaches (1h45 by highway). Nearby, villages classified as Cordes-sur-Ciel, Bruniquel, etc.
