Die Wohnung liegt parterre und wurde 2021 komplett neu eingerichtet.

Über die Terrasse gelangt man direkt in die Wohnung.
Die komplett ausgestattete Küche, der Essbereich und das Wohnzimmer sind großzügig gestaltet.
Das gemütliche Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett, einem Kleiderschrank, 2 Nachttischen mit 2 kleinen Leuchten sowie Schreibtisch und einem Stuhl ausgestattet, Spiegel und eine kleine Garderobe sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Vom Schlafzimmer gelangt man direkt ins Badezimmer, das mit Dusche, Badewanne und Waschbecken ausgestattet ist. Hier befindet sich auch die Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel und Putzmaterial.
Die Toilette ist getrennt vom Badezimmer.
