Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sotavento! The accommodations were clean and well kept, it fit our family of five perfectly. Delia was incredibly helpful in arranging the transport from the airport to the vrbo on Isla Mujeres. The taxis drivers were great and this alleviated any challenges we may have encountered had it not been prearranged. The golf cart rental is a must and an easy way to navigate the island. Delia answered all of our questions in regard to activities on the island and provided great suggestions for our aged children (6, 9, 13 years old). We appreciated the prompt communication. Sotavento is located right across the street from the Garrafon Reef, which made snorkeling easy. We appreciated the beach in comparison to the busier and much more crowded beaches on the north end of the island. The patios are amazing spots to sit and enjoy the views. We definitely recommend these accommodations and cannot thank Delia, Blanca and Ola enough for assisting in a truly amazing trip with our family.
