The cottage comfortably accommodates 3 adults guests + 1 and would be a snug fit among nature.
Step inside through the welcoming front sitting porch into a mirrored foyer with a convenient bench. The home features a warm and inviting combined living and dining area, along with a comfortable eat-in kitchen equipped for your stay. Please note that the kitchen does not have a dishwasher.
Outside, enjoy your own peaceful retreat on the slate patio, complete with a grill and umbrella-covered outdoor dining area. Unwind in the private hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet evening under the stars. Guests may also enjoy the use of a 3-person canoe. Must sign waiver for use. The property is associated with deeded resident access to Jackson Beach on Putnam Lake, subject to applicable community and seasonal access rules.
