Positive: You won’t be disappointed! Superb spacious unit, beds very comfortable, excellent well equipped kitchen. Bonus points for private cute roof terrace and large pool area which we had to ourselves both times we used it. Such a great spot. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a base for a few days in the area. We accessed both Bryce Canyon and Zion as (long) day trips as well as enjoying an ATV tour to Peekaboo Canyon more locally.

Negative: Nothing!
