This bright and charming apartment of 95 m. c. was formerly a painter's workshop. Carefully renovated it includes a fully equipped kitchen decorated with beautiful tiles with dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave oven and grill, etc..Une room with 2 beds or 1 double bed, a large living area with double bedroom which becomes autonomous room as soon as the sound insulating drapes are closed (see photos), a small TV lounge, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. You can relax or dine in the garden with gazebo is you rรฉservรฉ.2 chairs are available and also a barbecue
The bed speak fluent French, English, Italian and Portuguese.
