It is the perfect place for a couple, retired people or businessmen to enjoy both the magnificent nature and the urban landscapes. The two-story villa is situated in a peaceful area of Naiyang, around 5 to 8 minutes drive to either Naiyang or Naithon Beach, away from suburbia, where you can enjoy beach activities and find a wide range of restaurants, bars and local shops.The local villages show the simplicity of Thai Lifestyle. Phuket International Airport is just 10 minutes’ away.
Our tropical garden pool Villa is located only minutes away from the gorgeous Nai Yang and Nai Thon beaches. The villa is surrounded by scenic mountains and close to Phuket's International Airport. The villa's quiet spot is an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday.
This two bedroom villa has many superior amenities.
Some of the features you will enjoy are splendid lush garden consisting of old-aged huge trees, natural water ponds. The oval-shaped private pool that uses a chlorine free fresh water system. The high vaulted ceiling in the living room and sliding glass doors/walls provide a feeling of spaciousness, where the tropical garden and pool area become integral to the living space. There is a fully-equipped, western style, open-plan dining and kitchen area. The laundry room includes a 'one-button' system washing machine.
For the comfort and convenience of guests, there will be housekeeping service every two - three days.
The atmosphere around the villa is cozy and relaxing, with a harmonic sense of space, blending nature and art in a tranquil setting.
This is a great place for those who are seeking somewhere to relax, recover, unwind and recharge their batteries.
Although it would be our pleasure to welcome all guests to stay with us, we do not recommend the villa to guests with children between 2-12 years old, for safety reasons. The landscape and design of the house are not considered as appropriate for small children.

-The chlorine free fresh water pool with natural Bali-stones and granite finishing. It is 1.20 - 1.80 meters deep. The built-in Jacuzzi corner is designed with a bench so that you can sit and enjoy the massage jets or the sunset drink in the pool.
-The fresh water supply for the villa comes from our own deep well, running through an active carbon filter, supplying you clean and hygienic water for cooking and daily water use.
-Hot and cold water throughout all the bathrooms and kitchen in the villa
-The electric system, plumbing, fittings, technical equipment and all accessories are of German Standard
-The finishing of the villa is based on natural materials as sand stone, marble, granite as well as real wood
-High quality aluminum glass doors and windows provide a pleasant atmosphere and temperature inside the house, easy to open and safe when closed
-The first bedroom, on the upper level, with an en-suite bathroom, its private balcony faces towards the mountain, allowing you to enjoy sleeping next to nature and waking to natural sounds.
-The second bedroom on the lower floor, also with en-suite bathroom has direct access to the terrace and pool area
-Additional guest outdoor toilet is available at the pool-terrace area

At the same time, it takes just 5 minutes for you to just continue your further trip or return trip. This place offers us a real freedom of traveling and a real quality of living. This is one of the reasons we chose to settle our life down here.
We offer all guests a free of charge Airport Transfer. Guests will have access to a whole property, except 'No Entry'room. Our spacious lush garden allow you to take a short walk in the nature. Morning Jogging is possible in the park nearby. Please note that access to the villa by people unregistered as guests shall be informed.
In case of any questions or requests, the homeowner will be available and reachable via phone at all time. We speak fluently English, Svenska, Deutsch and ภาษาไทย.
