Positive: Nice location, clean, beautiful outdoor seating area.

Negative: While clean, the property needs some tender love and care. Many things are outdated and semi-broken. E.g. broken detergent lid on noisy dishwasher, furnace partially working, very noisy hot tub pump. Old, worn out matresses. Shower faucets which need a lot of force to be opened and the list goes on.
